At The Living Word, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. We print and manufacture all of our books right here in the United States and ship directly to customers nationwide.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 12–24 hours of being placed. Once your order is processed, it will be prepared, packaged, and handed off to our shipping carrier.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the time your order ships.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 3–6 business days


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped from our US-based manufacturing facility.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable promotions or free shipping offers will be automatically applied during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@thelivingword.shop and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thelivingword.shop. Include photos of the damage and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund as outlined in our Return Policy.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. The Living Word is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@thelivingword.shop and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
